How did the toilet work or was it just guess ??

It was just a guess to how it worked really and Im still not entirely sure!! The seat is heated and then there is a button for a washing spray and a stop button. There is also another button that does another type of spray and some little buttons that I didnt have a clue what they did as they had no pictures on them and were in japanese. I still havnt managed to find the button for the dryer I assume there is one??
